Sunday Circulars Get Rid of the Staples, Please

What's on sale this week? Easy to find out in your Sunday newspaper ads.

But what a pain in the butt some of them are to recycle. There are only a few companies that add staples to their circulars every week. I ask the question is this really necessary? Surely it adds to the cost of producing the weekly circulars. Maybe I am just not getting the point. But many other companies don't bind their pages together in this way.

I have to get out my little tool from the drawer to remove the 2-3 staples before putting them into the bin.

I think companies could do a bit more to help the consumer recycle in such simple ways as this. Just my 2 cents.
